Terms of Service
Terms for using Mosaic digital resources.
These terms describe how visitors may use Mosaic website content, contact forms, document request tools, and general product information. They do not replace a written supply agreement, quality agreement, safety data sheet, technical data sheet, or customer-specific quotation. Polymer and resin transactions can involve regulatory review, transport classification, storage limitations, and application testing. Any commercial commitment must be confirmed in writing by Mosaic.
Information purpose
Website content is provided for business information only. Product descriptions, industry examples, and performance references are not universal guarantees. A statement about viscosity, moisture, tensile performance, thermal behavior, or chemical compatibility must be reviewed with the current TDS and the stated test method. Hazard communication must be reviewed in the relevant SDS, especially Section 2 for GHS classification. Sustainability statements require review of the applicable methodology, reporting year, boundary, and limitation note.
Document requests
When you request SDS, TDS, CoA, REACH, TSCA, food-contact, customs, or sustainability documents, you agree to provide accurate context including product, intended use, destination market, annual volume estimate, and required revision. Mosaic may decline to provide a statement that is unsupported, not applicable to the named market, or outside the product scope. Document availability may vary by resin family, jurisdiction, and customer qualification status.
Use restrictions
You may not copy Mosaic content into a product label, regulatory filing, customer specification, marketing claim, or safety document without confirming the applicable document source. You may not represent a chemical as FDA-approved, non-toxic, completely safe, biodegradable, or universally REACH-registered based solely on website language. End-use compliance remains the responsibility of the manufacturer or seller of the final article or formulation.
Commercial terms
Prices, lead times, allocation plans, packaging, Incoterms, and supply continuity programs are subject to written confirmation. A contact form submission does not create a contract. Mosaic may route inquiries to regional sales, technical support, regulatory specialists, or logistics teams depending on the nature of the request.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mosaic is not responsible for decisions made from website summaries without review of current product documents and customer-side testing. Customers should validate materials under actual processing, storage, transport, and end-use conditions.
